TexasAgent is right, all employments need hard work. The difference with Real estate is that you need to deal with disappointments. Few times prospects that I have been prospecting for several months were talking to me, I kept sending them information for houses that they want to buy after they sell and finally I found out that they have already listed with other agent and keep using the information I was sending them.
