Hello,

Anyone have a home warranty company they can recommend? I called First American but got turned off by their customer service. If I'm getting bad service just trying to get a policy paid at COE, how is my client going to get treated requesting a service call. I would like another option. I'm in Arizona. Thanks.

I wouldn't worry about the customer service as much as WHAT'S IN THE POLICY.

You could have great customer service but a policy with exclusions that isn't worth ten cents.

It's not the cheapest it's how much do you get for the policy you are paying for.

I use HSA. I used to use AHS. They are both pretty good home warranty companies nationwide. The best part is that they will allow me to put them on all my listings for free until closing. This allows the seller to use the warranty if anything breaks for free!

Hope this helps!

American Home Shield is a good one. There are several others as well. Each has differing levels of coverage so make sure you choose the plan that is right for you.

Although I will not recommend one service provider over another to a client/customer, I used AHS on my personal residence.

Now you see it is like i would really prefer a place where i get benifit, i really wont consider a much of being pampered and i wont really think that " oh their services arent good, they wont do this or they wont do that " , i mean like firstly get your point, does they supply adeqete mount of dealings as per your requirements ? If so , go for it.
