I have been doing BPO's for a long time and just got a couple of REO listings. Can anyone help me with what a sales clean is? My AM sent me an e-mail asking for a sales clean bid. The property has already been hauled. I really want to do it right. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sales clean means cleaning the interior up for a better showing. It's a deeper cleaning than a broom sweep.

Thanks for the info. You don't happen to know a good company in Missouri do you?

Just look in the phone book for house cleaners. You should be able to get all the cleaning bids you need.

I use one contractor to trash out, yard start and quick (sales) clean. They can do it all on the same day and it's more cost effective. Call your trash out guy and see if s/he will do the rest.

Sorry I haven't been back to respond. I don't know anyone in Missouri but we DO cover nearly all of Southern California and the Bay Area, Idaho, Arizona, Southern Nevada, parts of Georgia, and parts of Florida...... if you ever need help there, or know of someone who does.
