I'm not in your area, but I think you might want to clarify if you are looking for a buyer's agent, or someone to assist you on the listing side, or both. Just curious, why would you go with a new agent, rather than someone with more experience? Have you considered contacting an agent who represented the buyer on a past deal of yours who you were impressed with?
