I am not a real estate agent, but would like to know if anyone would want these customers right now for a fee.

Right now, I have 16 customers gathered within 1 week.

We are always looking for any buyers who may be interested in our various Minnesota real estate listings.

With the level of homes, condos, and townhomes for sale here in Minneapolis(really across the US?!!), a buyer is surely in demand right now.

As with anything, supply and demand. Coops in areas that are considered "fashionable" or highly sought after are going to have higher prices. The only way to get something cheaper will be to buy in an area that is not so sought after...of course, this will translate to lower rents as folks will be less inclined to rent in these areas also.
