Any recommendations on a free PDF to TIFF converter?

My inbound faxes arrive via email as PDF attachments. I need to convert these attachments to TIFF to resend them

If you have a PC with windows XP, just print using the "Microsoft Document Image Writer". It will create a .TIFF file for you and is included in the software.

You can then edit the document using "Microsoft Office Document Imaging". I usually rearrange pages, delete some, scan in new ones and them compile them and turn them back to PDFs.
