i hear people play the cash flow game, but i think the game gives you a reason to sit on the sidelines. i know a guy that wanted to invest in real estate and said he was ready because he played the game. he had being playing the game for about 4 years and still hasn't brought a property.

i think nothing takes the place of getting in the trenches and losing a little bit of money and gettiing an education from the school of hardknocks.
