Dear Fellow RE Agents!

My name is Steve Chang I'm a Realtor in CA. My "real" occupation is web design/programmind and online marketing, but since I'm also a licensed Realtor, I have an immense interest in the topics being discussed on this forum. I got my license mainly to help myself purchase homes/get financing, and help friends and family get the best deals possible.

I also have a lot of experience in Craigslist marketing (I authored the Craigslist Slap Report at arbitragesecrets.com). I also operate a site similar to zillow.com and get leads from that site every single day across the country. I have programmed from scratch an virtual agent backend web portal application to streamline in-house loan processing. So I feel I'm in a position where I can start to develop lead generating websites for agents/brokers, and I really want to work with just a few Realtors to come up with a solution, because my main focus is not in RE sales.

Having that said, would any of you be interested in working with me to come up with a real estate agent solution similar to AA, Craig Proctor, and such? Of course I understand that your time is valuable (well, so is mine ), and in return, you will be my beta testers and also own your site for free, for life (sites require hosting, and that runs about $10/month already).

Thanks!
Steve

Hi Steve, It is always good to have a professional in web design and especially in real estate. I have my website http://www.planorealestateadvisor.com for six months but I don't have ore than 400 visits per month. I will be happy to hear your professional opinion and you would like tell me how much you charge and we may start doing business together.

I look forward to hear from you.

Hi Viktor,

I took a very quick look at your site (I also do website consulting). Without spending too much time I can tell you right off that you could probably benefit from setting up more of a direct response type website that includes an autoresponder series.

Plano Real Estate gets approx 1110 searches a month. I googled Plano Real Estate and since you did not come up on the first page, you might want to spend some time looking into SEO. Adding html header tags to your site, working on optimizing long tail keywords on your pages, and naming your image files for your keywords will also help. Also, not sure how long you have had your site but it is page ranked as "PR0". Quality backlinks will help you with your overall page ranking.

Hope this helps!

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
