Does anyone know of an inhouse lender like www.inhouselending.com that is licensed in the state of Georgia? As a real estate agent, I would like to have that type of relationship. I could prequal my own buyers and know what I am dealing with right away instead of waiting God knows how long with a Wells Fargo or some place like that. Any one know who provides that in the southern states?

Are you wanting to pre-qual the buyers? Or make money on loans?
Pre-qualing buyers can be learned, but not advisable.
If you are BOTH a lender and realtor, you just cannot be very good at both. Too much to keep up with!!!!
