None for me either. I have done only 1 for them. It had a QC issue. Wondering if that is the reason why I don't get any more, maybe I have been black listed:(

Big Daddy is right. I try to hit all my forum friends but there are preferred agents in alot of areas & Litton asks me to try them first. I only send them the # they say they can do a week though (which is usually not alot) & split up the rest if there are any others. If they decline then I am free to send them to whom ever I want. super agent, PM me your name & I will check it out for ya. Thanks for the love from my other agents!!!! For those of you in the San Diego area, There are 5 bank preferred agents. Even if you have a 1 rating which is the best you can have...I have to send the bpos to them first. SORRY!!!! I do the best that I can with what I have been given Happy Friday & I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Anyone interested in doing my Chem homework PM me LOL/ JK? Yes it is the agents they use for listings & most of them they have used for years. You have to be nice to Sue (the lady that assigns listings at Litton) I presume Oh & yes you have to do my Chem HW.. JUST KIDDING

Chem homework?!....This is why I decided against a science major.

Its the last of my General ED. I LOTH Science & usually do awful. Thank God I only have 5 classes after these & will graduate May 09. Then I get 2 months off & start the Masters program. My degree is business admin w/ minors in finance & real estate. Not that it matters cause most people just want to know you got the piece of paper & really don't care what the degree is in for the most part.

The banks are gone for the day so all bpos have been assigned. Have a good weekend & lets keep our fingers crossed for lots of work on Monday!!!

Well I guess I am a preferred agent now. I got bombarded with orders the past two days and that was the most I have done at once than the past 6 months combined.

They have an in house Reo Department that does some of the states. My sister company CAL Reo does alot of the others. The Litton preferred agents are the ones that they personally assign listings to. They know there work & want them doing the bpos. Unfortunately they are giving most of them so many listings that they do not have time for bpos. This is good for my agents in these areas though.

Yep work full time, school full time, mom of 2, wife, PTA & class president. Not enough hours in a day sometimes Fortunately my husband rocks!!!!
