Hello, My name is Lisa Goranson and I would like to sign up with AVM to process BPO's and hopefully get some REO listings. I did sign up awhile ago but apparently the AVM website does not support Firefox...is this true?
Also, I've been working with REO and HUD properties for over 8 years (buying and flipping my own, and working with an investment firm basically doing BPO's for them, and assisting with rehabs). I took a college course on rehabbing properties in 2000. I decided to get my broker's license in 2005 and I now work with a small firm in NW side of Chicago. I earned my e-PRO Certification a few months ago; I just did a BPO for ClearCapital earlier this week. I hope you can assist me in finding some work in this area. I've signed up with every company I could find! I'm very happy to have found this forum.

You are more than welcome to register at www.assetval.com but yes our site is not very compatible with firefox. Make sure you fill out the entire bpo including reo experience or it will get rejected.

I love asset val they always pay me a hundred or more of interiors.They don't have the volume of work in my area like some companies.

Asset Val is different from other companies in that when you do the bpo if it is approved you won't hear anything from them.I usually get the e-mail accept and complete and then the check comes in the mail.I also like that they send to me only and do not do a blast like other companies.

Nice to see you back. I've been quiet with AVM while you were gone just before you left I had I think 6-7 orders. Last month 1 order and I just finished one today. Its back to normal 1-2 a month but I'll take them 'cause I like ya....

As many of you know I have been off for almost 2 months on maternity leave. If you would like more work form us please PM me your name ( even if you did it before). I have compiled a list & am trying to accomodate all the agents who do not decline my assignments & want work. I will make sure you are on the list or add you if you are not there. I manual assign to agents on this list & then set the rest for auto assign. This has helped many of you who are in areas where I have a ton of agents & not enough bpos to go around. just a side note...it seems like recently there have been a bunch of people who work for various companies coming to this board and just spewing lies and being deceitful.

its nice to have val here just being no nonsense and telling it like it is without the BS.

I strongly believe what comes around goes around.... There is no reason to lie or be deceitful We are a bpo outsourcer who also TRIES to get our agents listings from our sister company & our clients.

In my opinion AVM is one of the top 4 BPO companies out there. They have excellent reviewers that demand the best, pay on time and pay fairly.Also, they give out the BPO's to the top qualified brokers and do not broadcast them. Amen

You won't hear from AVM until they have an order for you. You provide your own log-in and password at time of sign-up. I have not received any orders from them this week. Val did say they were slow.
