Hello from Sydney Australia!

I will shortly be starting out on my own agency specializing in property management. This is a decision I have made due to the dire market we are experiencing sales wise here in our area.

This business will be partnered with an experienced property/strata manager who has a few years experience.

My question for everyone in this forum is how are you finding your new managements. We have read various manuals suggesting a handful of ideas however i'm sure experienced managers out there will have a few ideas I may not have thought of!

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

I find my market very tough though it's a hard decision to make,but it was a good start...
