What is the best direction to face (n,s,w,e) and what floor (1st or 2nd) is the most ideal to purchase space in a medical building? The space is in california

jim bro i didnt articulate well. what i mean is what is the best "spot" or suite to buy in a new building if have choice..ground floor, face west etc....hmmmm, maybe im thinking too much about it eh

The best location and direction to face is determined, in my opinion, on the specialty and services offered from that particular business.
