** Requirements to be a tester: **

Real estate investor in the Tampa Bay (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk), Ft. Meyers (Lee County) or Miami- Date County, areas of Florida.

Either currently have (or be willing to register one) a Web site domain name (EX: www.YourName.com) which we will setup on our servers for you to list your real estate inventory to the public. A sample of what your site would look like to the public is available on our demo site at http://www.SHI-inc.com.

Additionally you must subscribe to a foreclosure data service, I recommend ForeclosuresDaily.com.
