I was interested in trying Commerical Real Estate Leasing. Industrial and Warehousing....or perhaps Office.

Is there any money to be made in this area?
Probably difficult but...what field where there's money to be made isn't...

Anyone have any experience in this area?

Best thing I can tell you is go work for a brokerage that specializes in this and see if you like it or not.

It can't be all about the money you have to like it at some level or it won't work.

There are many ways I can make alot of money but only a few give me enjoyment to do. What you enjoy you naturally want to get better at doing so there is less resistance to success.

I agree with super realtor. If you like it then the money will happen naturally.

I know it's been 6 weeks... But I thought I would put in my two cents.

I personally made this transition in January, from being an LO.

I lucked out, and got with an Owner/Developer, who was able to help out a lot. Salary + Commission, Benefits, Car, etc. etc. For me, I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity to break into Commercial real estate... Especially at a time like this.

The money is decent, and fast for the most part.
