I live in Seattle, but I need to find a good broker in Las Vegas to work with a new agent. Somebody experienced that has good lending contacts.

I have one buyer-investor ready to purchase right away and another who is looking for something this summer. Also I have two local resident contacts ready to purchase, so I'm looking to find an office ASAP.

All recommendations/advice is appreciated.
