Quick question,i have been in the property perservation business about 15yrs i got established with a couple of company and got complacent. now i'm trying to expand. do any of you have some pp reo,or morgage companies you could suggest that need help in Ga.

There is an app for Android named Real Sync. It allows you to automatically send your camera pics to dropbox. This will allow you to take inspection pics with your phone and have them waiting for you at your office when you return.

Note: The cost is $4 and you need to have a free dropbox account (and Android dropbox app).

Gated communities that I have gone into I keep the gate code in my smart phone. I now have all of them and just zip though the gate. If you have a phone that crashes on you follow up the code on your computer or in a little black book that you can keep in the car.

best REO tip i can give... ignor all of the 1000's of "pay" sites trying to sell you info or lists or other BS about getting on the REO/BPO bandwagon (these sites make more money of us with that crap then they ever made doing REO's) and they are giving you NOTHING that is worth anymore then your own efforts could provide you.

I used CutePDF for creating PDFs fast. It works great and it's free. Google it

I recommend having an iphone if you can. You never know when that camera is going to go out
