It turns out that the new server can't handle the forums so we are moving back to the old server tonight. Once again the forums will be down for a while as moving back requires a change in DNS and that change takes time to propogate throughout the internet.

The length of time we will be down will be different for each member depending on your service provider. The official line on how long DNS changes take to propogate is usually 48 hours but the last time we did this the forums were back up for some members in an hour and for most by the middle of the next day.

Might I ask: if you go back to the little light bulb icon that shows up in bookmarks, please do not have it blink! that is very distracting and annoying to those of us with bookmarks across the top of our browser or opened in a side bar! LOL I wanted to delete it many times.

I am pretty sure it is a browser cache issue - you may need to flush your cache. That old flashing icon did make a brief appearance for a few days when we were on the new server but should have disappeared for sure when we moved back to the old server. Just to be safe, I just uploaded the non-flashing favicon every place I could think of
