Depends on the company. You need to ask them.

Usually trainings are a scheduled event. I doubt they will rearrange trainings around your schedule. With that said, some companies offer mentoring programs where you work with an experienced agent for your first few deals (for a % of commission). That would probably be your best bet.

I would imagine the larger "more recognized" companies offer their training during the day. I have known of smaller franchises or independent companies that have more flexible training programs.

Yes, check with the individual office. For instance, I work with KW and my office offers training both during the week and on weekends. Some of the other KW offices (close to mine) do no offer as much training.
