I understand this to be a very small, but emerging market. My husband and I are US citizens purchasing a property in Baja , Mexico. We've made a few contacts for financing second homes and rental properties, but we are purchasing an rv park. We've made contacts with lenders who support large $5 million ventures, but nothing in the under $100,000 category. Has anyone heard of any other options we might consider? We have some equity in our current home that we can access, but it won't be enough.
