I have a business acquaintance who is selling telephone and internet services to businesses. She can sign me up as a prefeered partner, which means if I refer a client to her and they sign up for service I get a referral fee. Are there any laws for commercial agents in regard to this? I know the restrictions for residential can be fairly stringent but I did'nt know about commercial. I am new to commercial and am wondering before I sign obviously.
