toppryority Junior Member Registered: 04/23/08 Posts: 3 Loc: NC	Has anyone heard of Buying In Bulk, sort of the WalMart approach? Buying in bulk as a group, combine collective resources, get a huge discount off the retail pricing, yet having individual title to the property?
