Okay so I have been in Real Estate for about a year and a half and I have the opportunity to work with a company to buy a couple of acres and build on it here in Ontario and was wondering if anyone might be able to give me a few tips other than refer it out! I have found out the zoning on the property and found that M2 will do just fine for the company. Any tips??? I have done my commercial course as well. Thanks
Cheryl

For a start, who is this other company and what is your relationship going to be with them?
I'm sure you're aware that you can work for only one brokerage company and, to some extent at least, aren't supposed to be working at any other job or, if you are doing so, need to disclose this fact on any licence application or renewal.
But if it's simply an investment you've been invited to make, the decision is yours, although you owe it to yourself to run things through a sufficiently good due diloigence exercise.
