Once you have entered the owner finance situation, you can reduce your insurance coverage to fire, theft and liability. The tenants should pay for renters insurance on their contents.
Even though we don't rent? So the owner financer is outta luck as far as getting home owners insurance correct? Would you happen to know if you owner finance with a contract for deed if our name should be on the deed as well?.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
