For you brokers out there. What is your agents closing ratio? For example, if you have 10 agents, how many closings do you expect in this market, in a booming market, in a stable market?

In an average market in the midwest is as follows;

CBG agents average 8 closings a year. (Large traditional companies are similiar)
Re/max agents average 18 closings a year.

I have heard and read articles that everyone's business is down in the midwest from 25% to 35%, so correct the above for a down market.

without looking at any stats, i would bet that if you look at 100% offices across the country and compare them to traditional split offices, the agent closing rates are much higher across the board for 100% companies.

why would someone pay a monthly fee to keep all of their commission if it is not monetarily advantageous(more closings).
