I changed the tags and titles though - that hasn't shown up yet since Googlebot hasn't crawled. To the best of my knowledge none of the pages have duplicate titles.

How the heck can I do that with the non www version?

my direct competitor's site (which I built) has a ranking of 4 and it has multiple domains set up the same way I had mine set up.

Whenever I set up a new site I make sure the people hosting the site create the redirect. See if they will do it for you.

I am not that familiar with GoDaddy forwarding but if it is not forwarding the reason may have to do with the nameserver setting - did you change the nameservers back to the Godaddy nameservers?

no, didn't do that, duh.

Also, my host guy suggested that I keep the karenricesells.com as seperate, create a good paragraph or two of info and then a link to my main site.

how does that sound?

I was just thinking - perhaps I can set up karenricesells.com as a site specifically for sellers, naturally with a link to my other site.

It doesn't have to have the specific local information like the site for buyers does, but it can function as a brochure of sorts.

As long as the site has different content, Titles, and tags you should be OK \:\)

Would it be better to have only a link to my main site from karenricesells.com

or should they link to one another?

someone said that one way links are better google juice for you.

In my experience, if you link to each other Google will usually only list (rank) one (if they deal with the same subject - which they will). If you just link one-way you usually will get both listed.

okay, this is do-able. I was going to start a new seller oriented site anyway - I suppose since Google is so slow it's not going to hurt me much in the long run if it takes me a couple of weeks to get it perfected...
