Too long title and I mean long at least you can shorten that to 60 characters including the spaces.

The site has an impressive, contemporary look to it. I like it.

I like the site, but the search feature seems a little basic. I couldn't find an advanced search on the website. Seems like you can only search by area and price range. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the feedback. There is an advanced area under 'refine search' but its a little confusing. I'm currently looking into a different company to suply our lisitngs if this one isn't being updated soon.

What type of traffic are you getting?
Any signing in Signing up ?
Have you tracked conversion ratios?

Adier is right, the title is too long for good SEO. You should setup a good paragraph or two of a nice blurb of text with all your keywords in it on the front page. This will really help out with SEO. Let me know if you need help with this or any thing else, just PM me.

very sharp on intro. I would work on search options. maybe add map search and other other search options such as zip, subdivision, etc....

also add search option to top navigation and anywhere else you can fit it.
