I found one office about 1100 q ft, $2.5 /sq ft/mnth, How much and How do i get pay (commission) if i help my client to rent the office? How do i fidn out how mcuh is the commission from loopnet? what's the steps for me to proceed? yes, i used loopnet to find the office space. thx

Generally in Loopnet there is a little plus symbol and you click on it and it shows payoff to the co-op broker.

Show the space to your client that wants to rent.Read over the lease if client likes the space and go through negotations. Usually you will be paid a certain percentage of the lease over time.
