Hello Posters, I am about a month away from getting my licence. I plan to start speaking with team leaders (tommorow is the my 1st meeting) about working with them. I have a number of questions, but need your ideas on what I should be asking that I am not.
This is a rough list of what I have:
1. What exactly would you have me do?
2. Am I on contract for a certain amount of time?
3. What type of training/assistance do you give your newly licenced members?
4. What's your commision structure?
I'm sure I'm missing about a million questions, so your imput is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

make sure that the teams you interview are actually active producing teams. there are people out there who call themselves a team just because they have 4 non producers working together. the word team is not synonomous with lots of closings

Just talk to the other TEAM Members. If they all try to talk you into going somewhere else.....That is the team to be on. Simple Simple Simple. Mr. Right

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
