i'm in miami. thinking of leaving my current, very small brokerage. started with a 70/30 split. no desk fees. there was no training offered. personal transactions were were subject to just $1000 fee paid to broker. i was able to keep remaining commission. this perk has just been eliminated, effective immediately - broker sent me the memo knowing i was in the middle of negotiating a contract for a home for myself. i'm hoping to find a new brokerage that offers more training, support, opportunity, and a similar or superior split. I sold more than 4 million total last year. any advice or thoughts on where i should begin to look? is remax the best option
