I'm getting several leads a month for Buyer/Sellers that come through my website - but they are out of my state/area.

Is it considered bad form to post a request to find an agent for that particular area.

I've tried searching for area (such as Today's lead for Tacoma Washington) - but nothing shows up in the search results.

Should I just post - I have a lead - let me know if you're interested, or go to Realtor.com and start making phone calls.

Thanks for you suggestions.

I would not think that would be against "the rules". I assume the reason we are all here is to network and share information. IF by chance your clients are looking in the eastern TN area send em my way I will be more than happy to help them in any way I can. \:D

I suppose that depends.

If this is a peer referral in which you do not get paid until escrow closes, then I suppose that posting here is fine.

However, if you are expecting your peers here to pay for the lead upfront then I would call this a solicitation that belongs elsewhere.

Thanks for the clarification Rebel.

I'm definately not looking to get paid up-front for a lead. A peer referral (post closing) fee would be nice, although, I'm inclined to just give away some of the lower percentage (such as the buyer's lead posted in my example).

Mainly - because I have no contact with the Buyer - and I just want someone to follow-up with them if they think they can help.

If its a Short Sale listing lead - I'd want to go the Peer Referral route.

So - Anyone in Tacoma Washington interested in a FREE - no strings Buyer's Lead?

Just promise me you'll follow-up fast.

Thanks,

I would be more than happy to work referrals with you! If you come along any Las Vegas buyers/sellers, please let me know and we can work something out. I am very good at what I do and I definitely take care of my clients. If you are willing to start referring me some business, I will put you at the top of my list to refer my clients to you that are interested in the Southern California area. We get many sellers that decide to move and buy in the Southern California area. I am pretty sure you get many buyers that are interested in moving to Las Vegas too! Hope to work with you soon.

I would love any referrals that you may have for the central Alabama area.

Thanks!
