zpcsc Veteran Member Registered: 08/29/05 Posts: 751 Loc: Florida	I have a quick question, when you get a listing out of your farm area do you still send them the mailer? This is my 2nd listing, the first was in my farm area but this one is about 24miles away. I know it's good to get your listings out there cause you never know if they know of someone interested & you are showing that you have listings. Can anyone advise. Eric Rogers Member Registered: 03/09/06 Posts: 157 Loc: Aurora, IL.	You should consider circle prospecting the listing. Send a "Just listed" postcard and a "Just Sold" postcard when it sells to 100 or 200 or whatever people in a circular radius around the listing. I've gotten a great response off of this type of prospecting and it's cheap.
