I need some help. I am looking to get some good letters I can use to send out on expired listings. I don't want to spend money on them and I'm hoping I can get ideas on what is being used or where I can find them on the internet.
Thanks

May I recommend that you try to write your own first - really give some thought to what would catch YOUR eye if you had your home on the market with an agent and it didn't sell... and you were looking for a solution. Most of the expired letters you'll find on the internet are boilerplate, boring and ineffective. Use your own creativity to come up with something you're proud of and would inspire YOU to give the agent a call.

I ran a campaign a few years back with a RED cardboard tube about a foot long, plastic cap on both ends, then perforated a cap to place a string on one end as a wick. Looked like a stick of dynamite.
BANG! Your listing expired. What are you going to do now?
Delivered them to expired listings.
Got me a lot of smiles and recognition. But alas people want content not gimmicks. I wouldn't repeat it.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
