I have been in the mortgage business for the last five years and have recently purchase the graphics shop. We have a unique real estate sign that is getting a lot of attention. Thanks! They are custom design for each listing, 36" X 24" full color both side. When you buy 1 or 2 it's $65 each, 3 to 4 ($55 each) and 5 or more is $50 each. You email me the pictures, what you want it to say and color scheme and I will email you the proof before we print.

Well, maybe for a 3/4 million dollar or higher listing...they do look very nice though.

In the right market they would probably do very well. But have you actually SEEN most agent photos?

Are you sure the sign are too big for NC? Our signs are 36" X 24", not that much bigger than the regular 24" X 18" realtor sign. I'm currently talking to a realtor in Raleigh who is interested in these signs.

^^when you're dealing with township "good ol' boys" there is no such thing as "not that much" when it comes to being out of compliance. Much like telling the cop that you weren't going THAT much over the limit.

these little townships have supervisors who are the rulers of their little ponds. Some ponds have rulers who just don't care about stuff, others have rulers who FINALLY have something IMPORTANT to do, and by gum, they're gonna DO it.

I like your signs and I like your concept, but I wonder if it's wise for realtors to so broadly advertise that a house is vacant(in your second example), especially if a neighborhood is prone to breaking and entering.

What you have in your pictures would get taken down around here. I don't know about Raleigh, it is a big state.

Each location has different sign ordinances. They are local laws, not state ones...

If you have neighorhood that is prone to breaking and entering then maybe these sign wouldn't be good but then realtors has flyers with the same thing on it. Also, new constructions are all vacant as well, again it depends on the neighorhood.
These signs are become a big hit here in Eugene and some of the offices (Barnhart, Ranstad Group and Emerald Valley Real Estate)are making all there realtors use these signs. Keller Williams and GMAC has introduce these signs at there staff meeting last week.
