Where can I get a list of the areas real estate offices? I want to drop of some flyers of my listing to other companies, since we don't have an office in the area.

Is this other area in your MLS? (I ask because our MLS covers such a HUGE area)

You should be able to pull the offices from your MLS. Or call the local board wherever you are looking and ask for a list.

Check yellow pages for the offices around the zip code you are looking for. Also in MLS check which are the local realtors who do business and their office address.

Have you thought about email flyers that are send out that may hid more agents. There are also some flyer companies who will print and fax or drop off the flyers in the area.
