Hi All,
I needed to ask your valued opinion re: my website. I have a page where people pay for Ads on our site, and the direct link for that page is:
http://www.lease2buy.com/dropdown_select.php

The problem I am having is this:
15-20 people per day are filling it out, EVEN selecteding a payment option...clicking the button....and going to the Payment page..
but only 2-3 are actually paying !!!!!

I just started offering a free copy of our guide, I have mentioned over and over that it is a secure connection, and I believe it is very clear what they are paying for. So where am I going wrong...

Pulling my hair out here!
Regards,
Rob

Without cookies enabled they can't complete payment and that would account for some of the incomplete transactions.

With cookies enabled, once arriving at Paypal the prospect is left with the impression that they need to login to their existing Paypal account to complete the transaction. Most would not have an account and would exit at that point I would think.

A suggestion, check your logs or stats and refer to the "browser type" section. Look and see how many people are coming form browsers other than IE7 and you may see some interesting statistics. I had a site before that had similiar symptoms and it turned out that IE6 didn't follow the redirect. They never got to paypal at all, or any other page. It broke entirely.

Have you checked other browsers?
