Yes, I've debated doing that as well. Wasn't sure how well that was working for people, but it's worth a shot I guess. I've tried investment clubs, but have not gotten too far with them thus far. Just kind of brainstorming for ideas right now.

Get involved in your local real estate investment club. Try searching these key words: "north carolina real estate investment association"

I gave that a try early on, but to no avail. The local group here is pretty much defunct and wasn't overly helpful. So now I'm just looking for other possible outlets.

hey kross, i am in nc as well. if you need help finding deals, i might be able to assist. i think the greensboro has potential for investment deals since there doesn't seem to be a lot of competition like we have here in charlotte. send me a shout if you would like to receive some leads for your area. i can't say how good the leads will be because i don't know what you consider a deal, but none the less, i can send some your way.
