Adriana Junior Member Registered: 04/07/08 Posts: 2 Loc: costa rica	Good Evening, Greetings from Costa Rica! I have just gone out on my own after 5 years working for Remax. My first big deal is will begin negotiating this week. The asking price is $4.5 million . I have never been involved in this kind of sale to date. I am flying solo... any suggestions? I can't even get my head around Panama's laws fully and my sister in law lives there and has tried to explain how it works. I get confused about untitled and titled land and how to get untitled land titled and all that. _________________________
