My girlfriend and I have been discussing the following school semester, and how many classes I should attempt to take. She is wanting me to take 12 hours of school which isn't that bad. My dilemma is I want to get a great start at real estate and I'm afraid I won't be successful going to school full time, and trying to make money at real estate. Does anyone go to school and work? Just to let everyone know I am only 20 years old still living at home with very few bills.

Caleb, you have plenty of time to make money...you are still young. In my opinion, you should go ahead and finish school, then focus on making money. Trust me, you will be so glad you did! I was faced with the same dilemma. Guess what, I completed undergraduate, graduate AND I have my real estate license!
