I have seen the plans vary for each company depending on the broker who franchised that specific location.Each one is different.

For the most part around here Harry is 80/20 and Prudential starts at 75/25.

South of Atlanta most of the Harry Norman agents are on 70/30 with about $100 per month I believe in fees.
