Does anyone know of a list that a Broker can get on to list REO properties? Any info would be appreciated.

I don't do REO or BPO but I read these threads and you are asking a question that a lot of people on this forum don't want to hear. Use the search feature and read a bunch of threads. Everything you need to know is on the web. google is your friend.

If I understand your question Ky Cowboy, you already have the listings and are looking for a REO promotional web site on which to market them.

There is a lot of competition from several companies trying to do that but I won't use them. 1) the buyer is also seeing my competion's listings, and 2) the cost isn't worth it.

sorry i tend to disagree a bit with the whole negative talk surrounding agents doing or wanting to do BPO's and/REO's.

In my humble opinion, please dont beat me up herel....isnt making $50 better than making none, hey at least it pays for gas and marketing.

Cowboy, There are lots of websites that provide lists of companies that offer BPOs. Some are free and others cost from $10 to $25 for their list. I used the site bpo4agent.com and it is free. I also saw a lot of companies discussed on ActiveRain. I have signed up with about 20 different companies and have done BPOs for about 4 of them so far. I only signed up two months ago.
