Ok I have been researching this and can't seem to find anything. I have RES experience but no Commercial experince (DOH). I have been asked to represent a commercial property in Mexico for the sellers who live in Texas. The buyer is out of state.

I know, I know ... someone with no commerical experience shouldn't be doing this deal. With that said any advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone here done any commerical deals in Mexico? I can't find anything on what's required? Can I use standard Commercial Real Estate forms from Texas?

I appreciate any advice and help.

Why don't you look up certified international property specialists and refer it off and have no risk and collect a refferal fee check.

You want to learn commercial for a property located in another part of the world.WOW

Commercial is so much more complex than residential.I am telling you to refer it off before you damage your career and the sellers!

I agree with super realtor. I would refer a client for a property 100 miles away (but in the same state) where I don't know the local market. To try and get involved in another country is just looking for lots of trouble.
