Here's a short outline that I put together... I'll be personally doing the training. I. The Real Estate Transaction from start to Finish (A brief overview) II. Qualifying Buyers and Sellers II. Forms (Understanding the Purchase Agreement) III. Forms (Understanding the Listing Agreement) IV. What happens at closing? (Understanding the HUD-1 Settlement Statement) V.
