Is there programs out there where I can make flyers and all etc...

We should have a form where we can share files I can rarup some good files and programs

Publisher will work pretty good. Top Producer is very good also.

i have Micorsoft Publisher, but not Top Producer. i would like to get Top Producer, but the new one has a monthly fee. it is internet based software. i dont think Publisher is small enough to send anyone either, sorry.

Publisher works good for me. Actually, any title company should do flyers for you as well.

I use both publisher and Top Producer. For most applications I prefer to use Publisher. It isn't expensive and is often included in the basic software when you get a computer with Business Office software. Think it is under $100.00 alone and well worth it. Best uses with a printer that can print both sides. Best software I have seen for brochures.
