I having nothing to say much with the design it's neat, one thing is I've stumble some broken link checker though it's not a big deal here's one of the result when I check your site. You must change this link: people using a browser without JavaScript support will not be able to follow this link. See the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines on the use of scripting on the Web and the techniques on how to solve this. http://validator.w3.org/checklink

Improved your design. Add some model houses to attract visitors.

The design is very clean. Good work here. There is a minor spacing issue with the top of the text at the top of the page. I second the thoughts of SellMyDigs about the Submit button.

It looks good, couple of things I would note:
1) I didn't notice your navigation right away. It could stand out a little more by maybe using a different bg shade.
2) At the top where it says login, if you actually include a username and password box (and submit/go button) the site will look like it has more authority and will be trusted easier.
3) Smaller text, when in paragraphs, although harder to read for some, can also appear to give higher authority. And to make smaller text more legible, increase the line-height.
Hope those can help with your conversions, good luck!

This seems to be a site set up to refer clients to realtors and pass on much of the referral fee to the client.
Why would any of you as realtors help someone like this in any way? Who wants to give away 25% of thier commission for now reasons? Show of hands?
