I having nothing to say much with the design it's neat, one thing is I've stumble some broken link checker though it's not a big deal here's one of the result when I check your site.

You must change this link: people using a browser without JavaScript support will not be able to follow this link. See the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines on the use of scripting on the Web and the techniques on how to solve this.

Seemed awfully slow loading on a broadband connection, IMHO.

your site is a clean looking website.

A few pointers on the SEO side of things:
1) your title tags need editing, each page should be different focusing on the topic if each page.
2) meta descriptions should also be targeted towards the content as well as the title tags.
3) keyword density in the pages content
4) incoming links is crucial for your site's success, especially target associated real estate agents. estate agents that market your service should have links from their sites to theirs.

property buyers are not necessarily going to search for website on search engines as they will be search for property first, this is why links from real estate websites is crucial. Your site needs a link building campaign as well as tweaking of the title and meta tags.

Cheers
Neil

Personally, I think your site is very clean. Its color scheme is pleasing to the eye. The layout is easy to follow and the navigation is clear. I think you must have fixed the META tag issue, because I didn’t see anything bad.

Overall, I think it is a nicely designed site.

I'm not sure if you are still taking advice here, but I would change the "Submit Information" copy to something else. No one wants to "submit" to you, but maybe if the button read "Start Saving Money!" or something to that effect you would get a greater conversion rate.

The design is very clean. Good work here. There is a minor spacing issue with the top of the text at the top of the page. I second the thoughts of SellMyDigs about the Submit button.

It looks good, couple of things I would note:

1) I didn't notice your navigation right away. It could stand out a little more by maybe using a different bg shade.

2) At the top where it says login, if you actually include a username and password box (and submit/go button) the site will look like it has more authority and will be trusted easier.

3) Smaller text, when in paragraphs, although harder to read for some, can also appear to give higher authority. And to make smaller text more legible, increase the line-height.

Hope those can help with your conversions, good luck!

This seems to be a site set up to refer clients to realtors and pass on much of the referral fee to the client.

Why would any of you as realtors help someone like this in any way? Who wants to give away 25% of thier commission for now reasons? Show of hands?
