Well, just got home from our county's board of realtors million dollar club banquet. Hate to toot my own horn but thought I'd share the good news. Found out tonight I was the #1 land/commercial broker at our board/county for 2007 which means that has been the case now for 2 years running. Not too bad for having just started my firm less than 2 years ago and being basically a one man band (no team/assistant, etc.).
I'm celebrating by taking the day off tomorrow.

Super, that deal has grown to an assemblage of right at 200 acres if you can believe it. County is putting in an aquatic center and fire station. we've got every use under the sun...retail, office, civic, apartments, senior housing, townhomes, detached, etc. etc. It's as exciting to me as the stuff I did in the downtown distict not too far away.
