I am looking to get my web site finally. I have been reading a lot of these posts and thanks for all the great info from everyone.

I am looking for a lead generation web site. Can some of you tell me what type of success you are having. Are any of you using the following sites below?

I get leads from my blog on Active Rain, which also sends people to my website.
Cost: 0.

Since last summer, I've closed on three deals as a direct result of being on Active Rain - two listings, and a buyer - and one of the listings I'm selling myself.

I have gotten several good leads as well that so far haven't turned into anything but they are getting automatic feeds of listings that are in their search criteria...one of those leads is meeting with me this week to look at lakefront property. Another one just contacted me out of the blue - because Active Rain has helped rank my website high.

But blogging takes work.

I get about 3-5 leads a day. IDX is all you need, then its all about driving traffic to your site and making them register.
