I've lurked on these boards for a long while now, and I'm FINALLY taking my exam tomorrow. I'm nervous but confident. Thanks for all of the very helpful information on studying and starting up. "confident" That is the main word I want you to hold on to thru your Real Estate Career. Clients will not do business with an agent that does not have that. Do your Homework and don't take any prisoners. Good Luck, BigC

I passed!

I will definitely stay confident over the next few months as I know they will be rough. I'm just looking forward to the end result. I can't wait to feel like I've made it and not only that I've made it BUT that I'm my OWN boss.

It's all about working hard now.
