Thought some of you might be interested in this site -
http://www.agentdirectnews.com - they have a free membership, two paid levels (both very affordable) and I think a free trial period. They have more than 100 current and archived webinars covering some great topics...most about an hour long. The maximum dues are $120 a year if and when I decide to join. The 100-plus webinars (and tons of other information) is a lot of education for $120 a year...less than $1.20 per seminar, assuming I listened to all of them or maybe most of them twice. With the membership, you get a free $199 ecourse...mercy, I don't know what all is included, but it's a lot. They have a spreadsheet showing what all you get with each level membership. If you don't join, you still have access to a LOT of free stuff. New webinars (and articles) are coming along all the time, so your dues get you a lot of information. So check it out and see what you think. If you can't afford to join when the trial runs out, you can always go back and join when you have the funds, if it works for you. I was just happy to find a break somewhere. We have to be careful where we spend our limited education budget. I say limited because we pay so many dues and other expenses that there is not much left over for education. Yet in this business, we have to stay on top of things. I'm just passing this on in case some agents on here have not come across this site yet. It's easy to overlook something when you have so much email coming at you every day.
I searched several ways on here for this site but did not find any posts about it. ***
