Does anyone know any good Canadian real estate portal or forum sites? Most of the sites I have found only deal with FSBO properties. I came across point2 homes which is decent but seems more suited for agents. I also found a new site called KeyCanada.ca which looks promising but has not launched yet. Cheers.

My website has a portal that permits unfettered access.
You need to register to gain access.
The access registration is the "button" on the right hand bottom.

The only NATIONAL base of listing posted is MLS.ca.
Possibly someone in the KIngston Area will have a similar portal for complete access?

Sounds interesting anyway. The blog looks decent but they havent put up too much information about the site up yet. I guess we'll have to wait until next month to see if the site is any good. Cheers

Try Yahoo real estate, Trulia or Google groups. It depends what you are looking for

Isn't that interesting.... It seems that keycanada.ca, Brockbarn, and Barnto - all have the same IP which means they are all the same person or share the same internet connection. They created this thread just to promote their website. You can make your own judgements about the character of those involved...

By the way, AgentsOnline.net is also Canadian - as am I (Winnipeg, eh).

It looks like I missed another one - 4sale who also posts about keycanada in this thread - uses keycanada.ca in his "sig" in his one other post in this forum. Another plant. Are you impressed?

I just managed to get an idx feed populating mysql db of my office listings using Open Realty, an open source project that is highly customizable. i set up a site specifically with open source projects that are Realtor 'open source' tools.

Treb only allows realtors to pull their office listings. What treb told me was that i would have to collabarate with other realtors from other brokerages to list other brokerages listings on the mls. that is why moneymaker, crworks, i think they all are webtechdezine which really is a primus company, which already hosts trebnet.com. Conflict of intrest?

if there are any other realtors in treb that would like to collaborate with me, pls give a shout.
